We make every effort to ship products which are not personalized or customized within 2 business days.  Personalized or customized products typically ship within 3 business days following your pre-approval of the mockup.  We will communicate with you if we cannot meet the timelines listed here. 

All products ship through PostNL.  You will receive a PostNL Track & Trace number once your order has shipped.  Our flat-rate shipping costs are based on the destination, regardless of order size.
